  • What should I wear?

    Whatever makes you comfortable! You will be able to change into a wrap and robe upon arrival. 

  • How early should I arrive for my appointment?

    We recommend you arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your appointment if you’re a new client. 

  • What if I arrive late to my scheduled appointment?

    If you arrive late for your service our technician will be glad to provide as much as the service in the time remaining of your reservation. 

  • What is the cancellation policy?

    We require a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling of services to avoid being charged a fee.

  • Do prices include gratuity and if not what is an appropriate gratuity?

    Prices posted on our website do not include gratuity or applicable tax. It is customary to tip 18-20% of your service fee if you are pleased with your service.
